Returns & Exchanges

At JAMES ORO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned frames within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method.
